Ready Pilgrim Umrah Planner · Last updated 19 October 2026

Ready Pilgrim helps people plan an Umrah: what it will cost, when to go, how to save for it and how to get ready. It does not sell or book anything. This page explains what data the app uses and why.

Signing in with Google

You can look at prices without an account. To save a plan, track your journey or get price alerts, you sign in with your Google account. We receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We use them only to identify your account and show you who you're signed in as. We never see your Google password.

We store your plan on our server so it appears on every device you sign in on. That plan contains your savings amounts, your home city and chosen currency, travel month and trip details, your checklist ticks and your price alerts. A copy is also kept in your browser on each device you use, and is removed from that device when you sign out.

We don't use your email to send you marketing, and we don't sell, rent or share your personal data with anyone.

Tickets and hotel bookings you upload

If you upload a flight ticket or hotel booking, it is read automatically by an AI service run by Cloudflare (our hosting provider) to pick out the airline, flight numbers, dates, airports, hotel name and stay dates. Those details are saved with your plan. The file itself is stored privately in your account so you can open it from your plan; only you can see it. Remove the booking, or delete your account, and the file is deleted. Your files are not used to train AI models.

Your location

If you tap Use my location, your browser asks for permission to share your location. It is used only on your device to find the nearest airport, and is never sent to our server or stored. Only the city you end up choosing is saved with your plan.

Notifications

If you turn on notifications, your browser gives us a notification address for that device (it contains no personal details). We use it only to send price-alert notifications, and we keep a note of the last deal we told you about so we don't repeat it. Turning notifications off, signing out or deleting your account removes the address.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page in the app (tap your picture in the top corner, then Delete my account). This removes your details and saved plan from our server straight away. You can also remove Ready Pilgrim's access from your Google account settings.

Prices

To show prices, the app asks our server for flight and hotel prices from the city you picked. Our server collects these from: Travelpayouts (Aviasales) and Ignav for flights, Google Hotels (through SerpApi) and LiteAPI (Nuitée) for hotels, and open.er-api.com for exchange rates. These requests are made by our server and contain none of your personal details.

If you share your plan, the link contains only your trip details (home city, month, number of travellers, nights and hotel type), never your name, email or savings. Anyone with the link can see those trip details. When you are signed in, we also save the picture of your plan made for sharing (it shows the same trip details and price) so the link can show it as a preview. We keep your latest 3 and delete them if you delete your account.

Hosting and logs

Ready Pilgrim runs on Cloudflare. Like any website, Cloudflare keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and the pages requested) for a short time to keep the service secure and working. We don't use advertising, analytics trackers or tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is the one that keeps you signed in.

Children

Ready Pilgrim is meant for adults planning travel. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
